The stated reward is only available for bookings through MGallery, The Sebel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, SO, Adagio Premium, Rixos, Mövenpick.
A lower reward will be available for Mercure, Novotel, Adagio, Mama Shelter, Novotel Suite, Mantis, Tribe, Raffles, Fairmont & Swissôtel, SBE (Delano, Hyde, Mondrian, SLS, The House of Original, The Redbury), IIbis, Ibis styles, Adagio Access, Greet, Hotel F1, Ibis Budget.
All other bookings will not receive any rewards. You will not earn any rewards on additional nights booked or for any expenses at the hotel.
If any modifications or changes are made to your booking (i.e. changing of the hotel, room upgrade or amending the date of the stay) it will cause the rewards to be invalid.
Untracked queries can only be investigated 15 days after your booking (stay) has been completed, all claims raised before 15 days will not be investigated and will be declined.
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
