The use of the MileagePlus Shopping UK is subject to Collinson’s (“We” or “Our”) terms and conditions. By using our website (the “Website”), signing up as a member of the MileagePlus Shopping UK or by shopping with participating retailers using a registered credit or debit card (collectively, the “Program”) you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

1. General

1.1 By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We may be update and change from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.

1.2 Any dealings you may enter into with any third parties, including any merchants or advertisers referred to, listed or linked to on the Website will be solely between you and such third parties, including any transactions for the purchase of goods or services from such third parties. NEITHER WE NOR MILEAGE PLUS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, “MILEAGEPLUS”) SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY OR PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF SUCH GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.

1.4 The intellectual property in all text, design, graphics and other material and the selection or arrangement and 'look and feel' of such material in this Website is owned by us and/or our respective licensors, including MileagePlus.

1.5 As set forth herein, neither we nor MileagePlus make any warranties, representations, or terms of any kind in respect of this website or its contents (including, without limitation, any views, comment, advertisement, promotion or offer made) other than those required by law. All information and/or data included in and/or on this website is made available for guidance only. Your use of such information and/or data is therefore entirely at your own risk. We expressly exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability of MileagePlus, its directors, employees or other representatives, howsoever arising, for any loss suffered as a result of your use of this website.

1.6 We may collect information on your activity on this Website through monitoring your navigation and use of tools and functions available on the Website. This information enables us to analyse use of the Website and is used to enhance the structure of the Website Privacy and Cookie Policies. In addition, We will collect and use information about you as set out in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

1.7 Neither we nor MileagePlus are responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs as a result of dealings with any merchants or other third parties referred to, listed or linked to on, the Website. Further, you accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in connection with any such transactions. You agree that neither we nor MileagePlus shall be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such dealings or transactions including, without limitation, any returns, refunds, or any product liability claims.

2. Retailers, Product Availability and Descriptions

2.1 We take care to ensure that all product information and pricing featured on the Website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we are unable to guarantee the prices or description of any goods or products displayed on the Website. We reserve the right to make alterations without prior notice. The representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours. Products are not scale models. (Except where stated in individual product descriptions). Product images are reproduced with the consent of the owner or licence holder of the copyrights and trademarks in such products.

2.2 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this web site shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

2.3 We shall have the right to suspend or cancel our obligations (without liability to you) in whole or in part if we are delayed or prevented from carrying on our business or any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

2.4 Any intellectual property rights created by us in the course of performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall remain our property. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have given you a licence or any other rights to use the intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us.

2.5 MileagePlus reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on MileagePlus pages.

3. Membership

Only one MileagePlus account (Account) per person will be allowed and miles will only be earned on one account per person.

3.1 Membership in the Program is free however membership in good standing in the MileagePlus frequent flyer program (the “MileagePlus Program”) is required.

3.2 In the event that an Account is dormant for a period exceeding 12 months we may terminate that Account without notice.

3.3 The MileagePlus Shopping UK is for the sole use of individuals acting in their private capacity and is not for commercial purchases. If we suspect that an Account is being used other than for personal use, we may terminate membership, and invalidate some or all of the transactions within the Account.

3.4 If we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity we reserve the right to place an Account on hold, suspend transactions and/or terminate membership at any time and without prior notice.

3.5 In the event of any abusive or fraudulent activity related to MileagePlus, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to make corresponding adjustments to your Account and MileagePlus reserves the right to make corresponding adjustments to your MileagePlus Program account at any time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, MileagePlus Program Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws, rules or regulations, and the terms of any participating retailers’ offers.

4. Mileage accrual process

4.1 As a member of the MileagePlus Program, you will earn MileagePlus award miles from retailers displayed on our Website. We will make every effort to ensure the mileage offers are correctly illustrated.

4.2 You must be signed in to this Website and use our links to the participating retailers' sites to be eligible for miles. You cannot earn miles for purchases that you make prior to signing in the MileagePlus Shopping UK.

4.3 Any goods or services ordered by you give rise to a contractual relationship with the participating retailer and not with us or with MileagePlus. The purchase of goods or services from participating retailers is subject to their terms and conditions of sale. If you have a complaint regarding the goods or services provided to you or regarding any delay or other delivery issue, this is a matter that must be taken up with the retailer in question, not us or MileagePlus. Neither We nor MileagePlus make any warranty with regard to any products or services obtained by you from participating retailers and hereby expressly exclude all representations and warranties including those as to title, fitness for purpose, merchantability and/or satisfactory quality regarding goods and/or services obtained from participating retailers through the MileagePlus Shopping UK Program.

4.4 You become eligible for miles when the participating retailer confirms and approves the purchase. This is something, which is determined entirely by the retailer. Depending on the retailer's returns policy, it takes around 120 days for the purchase to become approved and then miles credited into your account but sometimes it could take longer. Your purchases are subject to the retailers’ terms and conditions.

4.5 If the transaction results in a refund or is cancelled, no miles will be earned.

4.6 Where miles have been posted to your MileagePlus Account, but the transaction is later reversed by the participating retailer or cancelled by you, for whatever reason, miles will be deducted from your MileagePlus Program account. MileagePlus reserves the right to take any and all legal action necessary to collect miles or other amounts owed by you.

4.7 We expressly reserve the right to rescind mileage accrual and to bar further mileage accrual to, or terminate the membership of, any Member that we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms and Conditions, the MileagePlus Program Terms and Conditions or is or previously has defrauded or otherwise abused the Program or participating retailers, including, without limitation, by engaging in a pattern of returning products after the corresponding miles have been credited, making volume purchases in violation of the spirit of an offer.

4.8 Miles have no equivalent cash value.

4.9 Miles may only be earned on the net value excluding sales tax, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as shipping.

4.10 Any claim for missing miles must be made to us in writing within 90 days of your purchase. All claims are resolved by us at our sole discretion.

5. Tracking

5.1 Transactions are electronically tracked and reported back by the participating retailer. We cannot be held responsible if for any reason retailers are not correctly reporting sales to us or reporting back at all. We will, however, use reasonable efforts to ensure correct reporting by participating retailers. However neither we nor MileagePlus accept liability if retailers fail to do so.

5.2 All participating retailers’ transactions are tracked through the use of cookies. It is your responsibility to ensure that cookies are enabled with your browser and ensure that any security software on your computer does not block cookies.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You may only use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, in any event, for lawful and proper purposes which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or other jurisdiction from which you are accessing this Website.

6.2 In particular, you agree that you will not:

• post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this Website which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal;
• use this Website in a manner which causes or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other;
• make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent purchase;
• use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this Website including but not limited to uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means;

Participating retailers may pay commissions to us and in the event that it is required you will be advised of such commissions by participating retailers.

8. Website changes and modifications to Terms and Conditions

8.1 The content of this Website and the Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. These changes are not required to be delivered as individual notifications to MileagePlus Shopping UK Members. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of these terms available here. Accordingly, your continued access or use of this Website is deemed to be your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. We would advise you to make regular visits even if you are not intending to make a purchase.

13. MileagePlus Program

Miles accrued, awards, and benefits issued are subject to change and are subject to the MileagePlus Program Terms and Conditions, which are expressly incorporated herein. MileagePlus may change the MileagePlus Program including, but not limited to, Terms and Conditions, other rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers or terminate the MileagePlus Program at any time and without notice. MileagePlus and its affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products or services of other participating companies and partners. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the MileagePlus Program member. Bonus award miles, award miles and any other miles earned through non-flight activity do not count toward qualification for Premier status unless expressly stated otherwise. The accumulation of mileage or Premier status or any other status does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to the MileagePlus Program. All calculations made in connection with the MileagePlus Program, including without limitation with respect to the accumulation of mileage and the satisfaction of the qualification requirements for Premier status, will be made by MileagePlus in its discretion and such calculations will be considered final.
