If orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders no rewards will be given.
The stated reward is from Dell only. You will receive lower rewards on all INSPIRON products. Dell Outlet will receive a lower reward. Any products under the "for work" section of the site (http://www.dell.com/uk/business/) will not receive a reward. No rewards given on alienware or when purchasing B2C.
Rewards may initial track at a higher rate including associated purchase taxes in your region (this may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc). If this does occur the rewards will later be amended to the correct rewards due with taxes removed.
